After proudly serving our clients and the legal community for twenty-three (23) years, the shareholders of Stovash, Case, Shay & Pearce, P.A., have chosen to pursue new and exciting professional opportunities. Accordingly, effective December 31, 2025, Stovash, Case, Shay & Pearce, P.A., has concluded its operations.
It has truly been our privilege to work with and serve our clients over the years. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and thoughtful transition, and we are pleased to share that the firm’s attorneys continue to practice law at their respective new firms. As part of the orderly winding up of the firm’s business affairs, Stovash, Case, Shay & Pearce, P.A., will continue to collect outstanding accounts receivable for legal services rendered prior to the firm’s closure. Former clients with outstanding invoices may submit payment by ACH, credit card, or check. Checks should be made payable to “Stovash, Case, Shay & Pearce, P.A.” and mailed to 180 N. Park Avenue, Suite 2A, Winter Park, Florida 32789. Alternatively, credit card payments may be made by clicking the “PAYMENTS” tab at the top of this page and selecting “Pay Here –INVOICE.”
If the firm previously held funds in trust on your behalf, any unearned retainers or trust balances will either be transferred to the new firm of the attorney you have selected or returned to you, according to your written instructions.
