Government contractors and financial institutions are often covered by Executive Order 11246 requiring the development of an Affirmative Action Program (AAP). Stovash, Case, Shay, & Pearce, P.A., has significant experience with the development and implementation of AAP’s in compliance with the requirements of Executive Order 11246, as well as the AAP’s for covered veterans and individuals with disabilities (Section 503 and 38 U.S.C. 4212). If you are needing AAP service, the firm will provide a stand-alone document constituting a complete AAP which has been specially designed to comply with the Department of Labor’s implementing regulations.
