Elizabeth J. Johnson represents business entities and individuals in a variety of complex proceedings. Her practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts. She has zealously litigated criminal, appellate, 42 U.S.C § 1983 civil rights, dependency, and post-conviction matters. Her representation is not limited to the trial court level; in fact, she has argued cases before multi-judge panels of the First, Second, and Fifth District Courts of Appeal. She has the proven ability to have actions dismissed or resolved at their inception through mediation and pre-trial motion practice.
